Telegram is full of triggering content :grimacing:. I also joined telegram few weeks ago and gather all important information from nofap groups there and deleted it . For me it became main reason for relapses.

But it was all due to Information that I got from telegram and I broke my highest streak .

This community is awesome brother but still I feel like people suspecting me as a troller. Which is not good and admin can ban me for this because if somewhere I crack a joke they will take it seriously and my account will be banned after flag.

Then u r in wrong group or there might be some idiots post triggering content to ruin others streaks. They get banned just like in rewire companion if we report to admins of that group. Above mentioned group are most safe groups. Just bcz u have bad experience in telegram don’t demonise telegram pls
