But It require much much more strength of shoulders then SIRSASANA. I will do little first like 30 sec,1 min and when My shoulder strength will increase, then do regularly for 2 mins or more.

Day 30
Wake up 5:30. Feeling lazy & was thinking not to do yoga practice. Browse Facebook for 10-15 minutes. Then viewed a motivational video & all laziness was gone. Got up quickly & started today practice.

Continue on No Fap journey & successfully complete 35 days. One more point for discussion is from last pair of weeks, I am more frequently using whiskey/ beer I.e. every 4th or 5th day. That is effecting my Morning practice of Yoga. So today I decided to conquer this evil. At present this is on initial stage & I will kill it in the beginning. From last two days my progress is almost NIL.
Once I read somewhere that less progress is better than 0 progress. Dont break your routine. If u r feeling less energy. Practice with that less energy, but dont break the routine. Today I m practicing all yoga poses for 5-10 reps. I will reach at my highest very soon.
