Do you get enough vitamin d3? It’s also important! In general food.
I am pure vegetarian. I don’t even eat eggs. So I have so many deficiencies wise food. Also, I don’t want to eat any kind of non veg because in my family, No one eat non veg. But I will research some veg foods and include in diet. I am not earning right now as still I am student. This is big problem for now. I can’t buy expensive stuffs😔

I just saw what you posted and couldn’t help but wonder why you’d make that causal connection. Perhaps because many people do it… it doesn’t make it right though. Let’s say you’ve got your blookwork done and you indeed have deficiencies, it’s not due to “the vegetarian” diet in general. It just means that you can/should improve your diet.

If u want to use natural product
Then prefer shikakai powder and not shikakai shampoo
They are affordable and good as it is far way better than using chemicals

First of all I am not baldev . I am just here to improve myself and want to get my hairline back.
I am trying myself to lift upwards from negative thoughts of losing hair. But still some thoughts are coming when I see my self in mirror. It was a result of severe stress which I took in 2-3 years.
I think I noticed some little hair(where I lost hair(hairline)). As I mentioned I took 2-3 years of severe stress, So I probably think that Good result will come in 1- 1.5 year. So I am trying to do Yoga consistently.
One more thing if you are earning, then buy good veggies, fruits, products or things with protein, vitamin, omega 3, biotin( main in all), iron, zinc. And if You are non vegetarian, please eat eggs,fish etc. (I don’t know much about non veg) Which has more protien. I really think that Main cause of hairfall is in inside of stomach. As I am not earning, I cannot Buy some expensive stuffs, But I am trying to include some food in it.
AND MAIN THINGS HERE ARE PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY (which sometimes I forget when I am depressed lol)
And massage hair with oil 2-3 times a week. Do yoga and other activities which I am doing. That’s all. Other things You can search on internet.

Thanks for sharing your journey, it inspires me a lot and is very similar to mine! I too experienced heavy stress for the last year which suddenly led to heavy hair loss. On my search for solutions (nothing including minoxidil worked) I stumbled upon Ayurveda and Headstands. I practised it for a while but just recently stopped because I was unsure if I’m taking the right powders or maybe too much of them. Could you help me out with some advise?
Because of research I drank every evening:
1 Tbsp Fenugreek
1/2 Tbsp Brahmi
1 Tbsp Amla
1/2 Tbsp Triphala
1/2 Tbsp Bhringraj
