It’s not about not fapping. It’s about builing your new self. Don’t spend your strenghts on fighting addiction. Spend it on building new habits. Add 15 minutes of studying and 10 minutes of working about every day to your schedule. Affirmate your achievements. Don’t make counting days your main goal, it’s just additional prize. Read “No more mr nice guy” and “easy peasy method”. Have your diary here, so that you know, that you can’t dissapoint all these people here that believe in your success.

About having new habits, I’m not making excuses but it’s really hard these days with remote working and staying inside almost all the time.
I will try to introduce new habits gradually though, maybe just some exercises at home
