Nofab all together or just no porn for a novice?

I’m starting out and trying to quit, but I think I can’t do it all at once … I failed many times

I have been an addict for more than 9 years and every time I relapse I lose confidence that I can make it.

I’m wondering if I should take it in steps, first quit porn then after I feel confident, I start to quit fapping all together.

What do you guys think?

Its totally upto you bro.

But in a general sense, quitting altogether is better than quitting step by step. Urges are high ofcourse when you quit altogether but it will give you a huge confidence boost when you are successful.

Its upto you bro.
YBOP site has given only 2 advices to all nofappers.

  1. Avoid all artificial stimulation.
  2. Do what works for you.
But if you have ed or anything like that 90-180 days hard mode reboot is essential.
Go through YBOP site for more info. Bro

It’s not about not fapping. It’s about builing your new self. Don’t spend your strenghts on fighting addiction. Spend it on building new habits. Add 15 minutes of studying and 10 minutes of working about every day to your schedule. Affirmate your achievements. Don’t make counting days your main goal, it’s just additional prize. Read “No more mr nice guy” and “easy peasy method”. Have your diary here, so that you know, that you can’t dissapoint all these people here that believe in your success.

Thank you all for the suggestions
About having new habits, I’m not making excuses but it’s really hard these days with remote working and staying inside almost all the time.
I will try to introduce new habits gradually though, maybe just some exercises at home
