I’m on day 21 of nofap in hardmode, for the second time last night I had a nocturnal emissions (I don’t remember if I had a erotic dream or not)… By the way, I want to reach at least 18 months of semen retention. These emissions will be there for always?

The frequency of these nocturnal emissions will reduce with time and eventually they’ll become an extremely rare occurence. Might even stop altogether, especially if you have other legitimate ways of relieving yourself, such as actual intimacy/intercourse with a woman.
