I know this is a very unpopular challenge here. Many people focus on No fap , Exercise , Study etc.
For me , I am quite consistent with Workout but all the gains are not visible because of this shitty habit.
So I start this thread to keep myself accountable based on how much junk food I eat.
What is considered Junk Food ?
Every food obtainable from bakery except non branded fruit juices
Meals that makes you feel bulky like Biriyani , Porotta etc
What Steps I gonna take
Replacement Foods like Brown Bread / Roti with Peanut Butter
Apples
New steps and decisions whenever I fail
Tracking progress every month
How I am counting my progress
Every time , I eat junk food , I calculate its calories with help of Google. I do a monthly checkup to see if there is any progress
Conclusion
I don’t expect any Participants here so I am planning to run this as a self challenge , But if there is someone who can relate to me and want to make progress wrt to this , feel free to join here
Trigger today - My mom made porotta and along with appam ( Common breakfast in South India ) , I could have chose Porotta but didnt.
I applied this method today. I stared at the Porotta like its an enemy. I smelled it but didnt eat it. It hits different everytime we do it. I wish this would have worked for PMO addiction too
I would say it was purely situational . because I went to the hotel and planned for a healthy meal , but unfortunately there are only foods which I call food. Its not KFC or McDonalds fyi , Its a regular hotel. I am not that stupid to expect healthy food there.
I cannot leave the hotel ( Or I dont have the courage to ) leave the hotel when waiter is taking order in front of me. But it doesnt remove that I ate those foods. Ordered 2 Porottas which is equivalent to 500 calories.
