It doesn’t seem to be natural, are you sure it was a nightfall or some kind of stimulus was involved from your end? If it is for real, seeing a doctor is highly recommended.

For the first time it happened I don’t think there was any stimulus. For the second and third time I found myself sleeping upside down and I think stimulus was involved

Bro it is kind of serious if you actually had it thrice in a single night. Never heard anything of the sort. You might be suffering from some kind of deficiency, maybe seeing an actual doctor or a specialist is the most suitable way to proceed.

Well i had two nightfalls in the same night, next day was followed with another one, last night nothing happend, i almost had 3 night falls in one day as well basically, i can only explain this from my point of view, when i eat well through out the whole day and train it happens most of the times, in my case, those wetdreams came with sexual dreams as well soo i don’t like that, i still have the shadow, of my past history with pmo in my brain, my conclusion is that the more you starve the addiction the more you get rid of them, whoever the dreams will be less and less but you, the thing is our bodys and brain must adapt to the new rhythm prior to us Being addicts, when i used to pmo, i would eat as much and train and i never had any of this that i have now, i am conviced its normal, by the end of this year i will have a better answer, because i will pay attention how my body reacts to this new lifestyle.
Ps when mine happend i was also sleeping on my chest, shit!
