How do you guys solve the night time problem? Often I’m half asleep our barely realize I’m doing it, but back my streak in the middle of the night.

Never sleep with your device in the same room as you. Also, play some music, or read a book (mainly the bible) to help you sleep.

I agree. A good nighttime routine is very good advice. Work out, then eat, perhaps study, go to bed. That is mine Reading before bed is a very good idea. Never leave your devices in even a close room if you can. Have them far away. You are meant to be going to sleep after all
