Night terror (intense fear at midnight while asleep)

Yeah sorry i missed that. Yeah they cant move. And murmurs something. When we talk to them then they stop.

You can move so it isnt “paralysis”.

I mean to say that the day just after I relapse, my OCD worsens by itself that I cant explain further.

When I dont watch ■■■■, ocd reduces or comes to zero.

It’s called sleep paralysis. I experienced it 2-3 times in my life. I see a demon right in front of me right after I wake up at night. I can’t move or shout, I just freeze and it’s in front of me but disappears after sometime (less than a minute). I try to focus on my breath and not panic. It’s common in about 20% of the people. Just try to relax when you see one. Also remember that it’s not real and it can’t hurt you.

I think sleep paralysis is different from night terror as people can move while having night terror

I am sorry that you’ve experienced this. Psychologically, you may have a form of parasomnia, more specifically, ‘night terrors.’ I encourage you to seek medical help, as this may cause issues in the future. However, I am happy to hear that praying works, and I hope you continue to sleep soundly. Cheers!
