Hi I’m new here and I was wondering how you put up a message on the message board?Also I have been sober for 3 1/2 years from Alcohol and was wondering if their are others in 12 step programs in here that are battling with this addiction too.Thanks!

Hi tinbowe! About the message board you can tap on the plus button to add a message, there you establish a tittle and the message (note that you cannot reply other people’s message since its purpose is to post quick messages).
Now about the 12 step program thing I’ve heard of it and It’s been used in other things besides alcohol (like reintegrating prisoners into society and drug addiction) though I’ve never heard anyone using it in NoFap you’re free to try. I wish you the best of luck!
