New Habit Concept for classic beginners

Masturbate after a target day. Case and point, After (Let’s say) 45 days, you fap then you have a challenge to not doing it again for X number or days or longer.

Then if you have more than days than normal for abstinence of masturbation, there you realize that you have no opportunity to fap and save those semen to the partner you felt close and whom you trust.

It’s more of a Challenge concept so… Any thoughts?

Currently on Day 17 and counting…

I’m going to try essentially the same thing but using a Fibonacci sequence to taper into a no fap lifestyle that looks like this
