Anyhow, this is my new account.
For many months, I took a break. Right now at rock bottom, I felt I need to reinstall this app as I remember the challenges here and posting everyday really helped me last time.
Right now I’m in depression and I need to feel worthy and happy. My anxieties are back. I struggle everyday to remain positive but I can’t. I stopped nofap for some months thinking it’s natural to have urges but I still feel like shit. I don’t know if I can ever succeed in beating PMO addiction.
Anyhow, I’m here to set my life in order.
