Bro the thing is when I had more than 7 days of no fap I have headache I can’t do anything until I relapse, the urges circulate in my mind all the time until I relapse if I divert my mind and do something else then when I get free I am still thinking about this is there any tip about this problem or is this normal that everyone face this after 7,8 days

You don’t need this addiction, you never did and you never will.
