How to wake up early in the morning?
The schedule I recently made is 10 30pm to 4 30am but iam not able to wake up early, I couldn’t sleep till 2 or 3am no matter what I do, this is messed up and affecting my overall progress.
Any suggestions?
Eat your food early before going to sleep between 7-8 PM. Go to bed early like try to sleep early as much as you can.
This and stay off your phone
Create a sleep routine
Think about the stressors that keep you up at night
I’ve tried but couldn’t make it no excuses yk why?
I lack willpower ig.
I eat at 8 15.
I don’t use my phone too much + I’ve been trying to make one but since I’m not able to wake up early same with my sleeping issue so no improvement at all
Why do you want to wake up early?
Because I have to
And who doesn’t?
Lol I can never wake up early it’s almost impossible for me,
And I don’t want to , I like to work late night when everything is quiet. I’m more of a night person and I have accepted it.
I tried changing my sleep schedule nth time but it only leads to my reduced efficacy
Your situation and mine are different
ive always been more of a night owl bt now, ive reached a point where i need to change that
Try to limit screen time at night in the dark
This helps you to get REM sleep quite early at night than you get if you are exposed to screen time at night.
If you prepone your REM sleep, you will automatically wake up early in the morning
In order to wake up early, you gonna have to go to sleep early. It helps to know how much hours you usually sleep. Then just make the math. For example, if you sleep 8 and half hours, and want to wake up at 4:30am, you gonna have to be asleep at 8pm. Knowing when you should go to sleep you then have to adjust your routine. About eating, you should eat between 4 and 3 hours before sleep. Stop drinking water a few hours before bed aswell. Light and stimulus around one hour, 30 minutes at least. Before bed, stop with the phone and create a routine of meditation and stretching. And the most important, stick with the hour. Even if it’s the weekend and you won’t have to wake up early. That’s the only way to wake up early and don’t suffer.
Hope it helps.
And to adapt to the new hour that you are going to sleep, use melatonine.
i dont use mobile phone/laptop much
im living in a hostel so the dinner timing here is 8 15 to 9
and i want to make a routine like 10 30 to 4 30 am (is it good tho?) , but i cant sleep + i cant wake up, i stay in bed half asleep, doing imagination. I do meditation before sleep and i do workout too idk the issue is my weak will
ill find wheres the problem , ill fix it
Use melatonine to fall asleep quickly. Once you’re adapted, you won’t need anymore. It seems you are planning to sleep less than 7h. Few people can feel rested with that amount of hours. Maybe that’s why you don’t wanna get up.
Wanna start a sleeping on right time challenge with me? I am also cooked in terms of sleep no matter what I do , I end up sleeping at 3 am , even though I feel sleepy sometimes . And I wake up at 10:30 am , which is a bad start for me. If we will sleeo early then we will wake up early.
- No or minimal screen time 1 hour before sleeping
- Having dinner at right time around 8-9 pm
- Sleep after 1-2 hours of having dinner
- Meditate and pranayam
- and The OG Sunlight (evening or morning)
- Focus on breath during sleep try to control overthinking
- Wash your feet and face few minutes before sleeping to cool down the body
- Use acupressure on your feet , palm and fingers this will make you feel relaxed
- Gently massage (like gently stretching your ears using finger) your ears it will also make you feel relaxed .
- Drink water before sleeping
If we will do it and stick to it in 7 days our body will start adapting to it . Are you ready @mrxdul ?
why not, lets start this from today
im ready
ill do it
appreciate it!
Last night I went to sleep at 10pm and woke up at 6am. Not very good cause I got up to pee a few times and after one of this visits to the loo I stayed awake for some time. I’ll start a Kegel workout to improve this and get up less. And not drink anything after 6pm.
I slept at 10 30pm (tho it took me 1hr and 30min to fall asleep ) and woke up at 8 15am
