Need help in regular workouts

Hello everyone
To start with
Im 22 years
Weught 75+kg
And height 5.4"
I know that i cant grow my height now
I have a huge belly fat
And thigh and back fat
I cant sit straight for long time and eventually bend a lot while sittting - it feels as if i am old
When i stand i stand as if bagha character in tarak mehta and if i stand straight it looks like im holding my shit in
I have been trying to reduce my weight for long time
I have been just jumping from one workout to another

Reason for working out

  1. I feel very much uncomfortable in moving around with the way im
  2. I look bad
  3. I feel more lazy

What have i tried previously but never completed

  1. Yoga
  2. 30 day beginner app
  3. Home workout by leap fitness app
  4. Youtube videos
  5. Curefit
  6. Downdog yoga and hitt
  7. Rope jumping
  8. Cycling
  9. Jogging
    And what not

Why havent i been able to stick to workouts?

  1. It seems extremely difficult to finish few workouts
  2. I dont have patience to wait for the results as i have inherent issue in my thinking that i need to see or feel instant results and the workout that give results in 1 or 2 weeks are too damn difficult for me to even finish
Im working on changing my thinking from needing instant results
  3. If the workouts are too short
I think short workouts wont help me in achieving goal hence i give them up after 5 to 6 days
  4. Jogging i cant go on road because of street dogs
And the ground will take 30 mins to reach
  5. Doing long workouts for few days is fine
Then i just cant stay consistent

And the worst part is i keep getting taunted from everyone around me - especially relatives

So i need ur help

Do it for 10-15 minutes everyday. Don’t think about them being too short.
Do it twice a day if you feel like you can do more
Do it for a month.

Bro I’ll suggest you to join a gym if possible. That would definitely help you be more consistent because you’ve paid money and the trainer would hold you accountable if you skip the gym(atleast mine does). Also you can socialise and make gym buddies over there, so workouts don’t feel monotonous.

Enjoy your atomic habits journey bro. I considered the period of since I read that book till now as the golden age of my teenage life.

I would like to recommend you an app where I keep all my books in. It’s called Aldiko.
