I am soo much ■■■■ addicted. I really lost hope for my life. Now i am suffering for this addiction. I eant to share my story and talk about this with someone. Can i talk tou you. I need your help. I dont feel to live.Can you help me?

But I urge you to go seek professional help, especially because you’re feeling lost in hope. One thing from me is, you’re not alone! We are all in the same position, we’re struggling and fighting! So please share your struggles more as well. We will gladly help you in any way! But for starter, try to make small targets like 1 day or 3 days.
I know it’s hard, bro. I’ve been there before! And you need to learn more about many things! About the addiction itself, about the pain that makes you addicted, it’s better if you can learn from the science and psychology perspective! It will help you a lot to develop better and stronger tools for you to fight the battles in the future.
