Need advice, tips, help, anything!

I didn’t think I would end up having to create an account and ask for help when I downloaded this app a few weeks ago, but now I’m getting worried.

I feel very disappointed in myself, I get in lots of fights with my girlfriend and I make her insecure (even more than she already is) when things don’t work (very often) in the bedroom.

I keep making excuses for myself and the urges easily take over. Sometimes I am busy with school or work for a few days and I don’t even think about it, that’s when I got to my longest streak (3 days), but now I have online classes I’m much more at home and feel the urge a lot.

I’ve seen people say to focus on other stuff but I just can’t let it go once I think about it.

I want to be a better person, get my shit together and be there for my girlfriend.

What do I do?

@LukeNF bro… To solve your problem you need to go 90 days free of no porn, masturbation and orgasm.
You only ejaculate to porn and not real sex. Maybe, it’s porn induced erectile dysfunction but it is 1000% curable. Your sensitivity to real sex has decreased which is causing problems in bed.
A lot of people have this problem and all of them who quit PMO got cured!!!.
It will take max 90 days to rewire you Brain. People also got their power back in 30 days and 60 days but 90 days is max for worst cases.

  1. You don’t ever peek. You don’t look at opposite sex.
  2. You don’t ever use screen for entertainment, you don’t watch movies, series and animes.
  3. You don’t ever just aimlessly scroll social media.
  4. You don’t ever lie around doing nothing and thinking about pleasure or fun thing to do when you are bored… Instead you already have a routine beforehand that you follow every single day. You plan your entire day after waking up or before sleeping ( for next day)
  5. You exercise and meditate everyday.
  6. You fast now and then and watch your diet closely.
  7. You spend time with family and non triggering clean friends.
  8. You are happy and satisfied with life.
  9. You improve your spirituality, be religious or have moral rules and ethics.
  10. You believe in yourself

These 10 rules require amazing sacrifice and self control Initially.

Having Urges?

Take a deep breath… Now think. You have been fapping all this time being semen free.It was like sitting in a totally silent room with no noise. Since this no PMO journey, you have been feeling this urge and feeling horny with funny feeling in your testicles. Your mind also wanders towards triggers. Now the silent room has a noise that is irritating you. But that noise is just the tick tock of a clock. Just let it run in the background and don’t be irritated by it. Take a deep breath. What do you feel in your testis? Is it a pain that you cannot bear? No… Just a funny feeling of being horny that you are not used to. It is manageable. It is even bearable if you accept it as a new normal, as a new energy and power. You can think, right?. What is 2 + 2? What is 5 x 10 ? Yes you can think if you put your mind to it. Can you move your fingers? Yes… You have control of your actions… If you can think and you have control of your actions and you accept being horny as a new bearable normal… Then it’s all good… Just stay away from screen and triggers, go talk to friends or family, take a cold shower, do 10 push-ups, drink a glass of water, or do your task like study…soon you will master your new normal.

What’s stopping you KING?

You have relapsed before to a movie, TV series or anime.
Why are you seeing that again?

You have relapsed to Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat , YouTube, Reddit (Social media) before.
Why the hell are you using social media again?

You have relapsed before to boredom and free time.
What is stopping you to occupy your time with positive, healthy, and fun habits like exercise and gym, meditation, book reading and socializing with positive trigger free people etc?

Why do you take the same road again and again if you don’t want to go to the same destination?
Why do you keep putting your hand in snake’s den expecting to get pleasure when still you have got yourself bitten every single time for the past countless times?. Have you forgotten the pain, depression, and disappointment of your last relapse?

Why?..

Are you not fed up enough with this worthless, energy and happiness draining PMO addiction? Are you not willing to sacrifice your fun but triggering activities like entertainment from screen?. Can’t you get entertainment from real life like people before technology did?. Are you no willing to sacrifice whatever it takes to quit PMO?
Its not even a sacrifice as you don’t get any benefit from PMO but get tons of benefits by abstaining from it. You don’t need to sacrifice anything to not put your hand in snake’s den. Instead you gain.

Don’t fight the urges… Instead take the power of urges away

You don’t resist and fight the urges.You take its power away so it won’t fight you. Make the urges meaningless and powerless. How?.

1.Cut the source of urges.You get out of trigger zone so the source of urges is no more.Guard your eyes & look away.Close the screen, walk away from your computer and mobile. Lock your mobile with detox app for 1-2 hours. Stop checking out girls if in real world and not the screen.
2.Then you meditate and talk to yourself the reality of urges and how you don’t need and don’t want PMO. Dont fight the urges. Talk to it. The urges are an internal conflict and you are the judge and referee. Defeat the urges with arguments, remind yourself of the horrible experience after last relapse, explain yourself the reality of situation and that the urges are a fake promise of pleasure. Make urges powerless and realize that following it is meaningless.
Boom!!!. You just defeated the urges without sheer willpower and resisting.
Now, what you feel is horny and not those urges before. These are the after effects of urges and sexual stimulation. Take a cold shower, do push-ups till tired, talk to family or trigger free friends or follow your hobby (stay busy and distracted) . Soon these effects will pass.
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST AVOIDED A RELAPSE. You are simply awesome!!!.
Now make this your habit, stay away from triggers and YOU ARE FREE FROM PMO!!!
