I need help regarding my addiction it’s getting worse I can’t control myself more than 5 days on the 4th,and 5th Day my breaths starts getting heavy and my body start shivering my body start felling hot I got numb but I also feels more energy in my body I really Want to change is I also started taking medicine of anxiety my exam is going to start in 3 days.

Keep yourself busy in this upcoming days think that you have to study harder to get good marks on exam as its knocking at the door.Think that you waste so many times neglecting studies,so now you have to pass the exam.Keep yourself busy in this exam days

This sounds like a panic attack to me. Visit a specialist, there is nothing wrong with consulting a psychologist or psychiatrist about it.

I already visited a doctor regarding it he proscribed me some medicine but I am only taking vitamin tablets and a Ayurvedic Tonic.
