Its been 4 yrs I have joined this app
When I first joined, I tried so hard and managed to reach a highest of 50 days at lockdown period
Since that seriously the max I can go is upto 15 days
After that I went to gym and that helped me reduce this habit a lot
So I never came back to this app
Now again I am at my lowest
Seriously Its been miserable for the past few months

Wow, reaching 50 days streak during lockdown is impressive. When you have much free time it’s hard to stay consistent in this resolution. It means you have that power to get over this addiction. Now it’s easier you can go outside spend time there, doing workout etc.
