Day 8 december 8.
Let’s go guys no-fap for 12 days .
I have already 12 days and fap has told me that it’s also tired of fapping so I don’t have any urges Let’s go. I thought flatline will be harder but with this im able to get over the first flatline.
I never knew my body will not have any urges for a long time. Seems strange if you ask me and I haven’t even fapped for 12 days already. Now gonna start doing exercise and a diet. I will also say when you keep your mind busy for so long the urges will finally relax. I have been busy for 7 days and well that’s how im here. Don’t give up.

I ended up dead with this and did 15 more minutes until I couldn’t anymore im overweight, 5.6 male, age 18 and well 180 Ib .
Im starting my recovery journey again. I’ve realized my true objective now. Self control. I have to mentally toughen up. I have to overcome all the habits that chain me to mediocrity. I have to develop discipline. I have to become comfortable being uncomfortable.

You need to depend on consistency not intensity
Push yourself to discomfort! Especially when you don’t feel like it. There is no such thing as “I don’t have time” there is only “I lack time management” If you master time management success will be a piece of cake.
Believe it or not I started sleeping at 7 p.m and waking up at 3 a.m but I got many benefits from it. I wake up, exercise, take a cold shower, pray, back stretching, meditation, then revise for my exam. Yes, I revise cause it’s not before one day of the exam that you must prepare for. You prepare for it every single day if you master time management.
Have you ever seen me asking for motivation? No.
I’m not saying you are but I just want to point out the importance of positivity and confidence no matter how bad things can get for a bird can not fly if he thinks he can’t even if he has wings.

Ohhh man this is the first time i watched American movie since i started the No-Fap journey and it’s full of urges and a weak No-Fapper could have easily surrendered but nope i felt the urges but didn’t gete at all
I know what i am doing is wring that i shouldn’t go to the devils’ area and challenge him but man i felt i am so strong
