And i will do it
Because i believe in myself
I just need the intention and the patience
I wish you all become free from this enemy forever

Day 3 no-fap. I haven’t felt any urges it was a pretty normal day and today went to the gym going back again because I will do 3 days legs and 3 days hands so I can have 1 day without any workout.

I also tried the milk and well it’s actually a protein milkshake it was good too :grinning:

I believe in you brother, best is hardmode ,but it’s good to choose bad ,between bad and worse (that will destroy your soul ) …Keep praying and keep striving…you will be successful ultimately…May Allah reward you for your efforts ,despite failing…

Also try to have conversation with pious people ,talk to old friends of school ,sit with the people with white beards and mosque…These things are very calming to the soul…and your heart will despise sin ,when it feels the qurb of Allah …Going down and getting up is hard again and again ,but it’s worth it brother … Almighty is al. Tawaab - the one who loves ,when his creation return towards him in humility ,pentinece/nadaamat …never give up bro @NeverGiveup420
