Day 1
Woke up at 9 am.
Mostly indulged in YouTube
Low energy and motivation
Too much mood swings considering Day 1
Had moderate food except dinner
Not much urges
(Now not being able to work much due to low energy. I will follow this lazy routine for few days. I will jump back)

Just , permanently block YouTube… It’s a uselless thing .
I still remember those days , when I use to spent whole day on YouTube , just watching videos and eating and sometimes fapping also , and then go to sleep with guilt .
Try 30 days digital detox it will be really helpful.

Day 2
Woke up at 9:30 am.
Mostly indulged in YouTube but used less than Yesterday
Low energy and motivation
Tired and restless
Anxious
Had moderate food except dinner
Minor urges
(Now not being able to work much due to low energy. Let me follow this lazy routine for few days. I will jump back)

Woke up at 10 am (really late)
Not used YouTube even a little ( YouTube detox)
Played game
Becoming quite hopeful
Social anxiety followed during marriage reception
Had a nice dinner
Not much urges
Spark of being alive
(Again, the spark of life is coming back. Followed detox of YouTube. Slowly my energy is returning. Will take more 3-4 days to completely become normal and take up challanges)

Woke up at 10 am
Not used YouTube even a little ( YouTube detox)
Studied 2 hours
Watched T.V
Dull and dry face
Huge headache, maybe due to Withdrawal Symptoms
Irritation in work
Painful sensations
Caffeine intake to reduce headache
Played game to reduce headache
Felt weak and devastated all day
Good night. Trying to sleep early.
(Today, my work was hampered due to illness. But it wasn’t any general illness. I hope it was an Withdrawal Symptom. Will try to cover the loss tomorrow) .

Study got limited to academic only due to upcoming exam

Sirsasan (hairs have become too thin, so now I am including it in my routine as well and will report the changes)

Day 13
Woke up at 8:30 am( i dont hope its a lucky one and want to wake up as early as possible)
Triphala churna
Studied for 5 hrs
Had ABC (Apple Beetroot Carrot) juice for breakfast
Had a heavy lunch
2 km walk in evening
Shirsasan
25 crunches
Herbal tea
Had a little back pain during the day and that caused problem during the excercise
