Sometime i feel hurt on my testes (ball) when i do running or using a small underpants. I heard it’s epidimities. Could it cured With nofap?

I’m also suffering from epidimities
Just go to urologist as soon as possible
Because if it goes in chronic stage then it will take a long time to heal.
