Here is I am writing in my 5th day of nofap
For almost 2 years of trying my best streak has been of 11 days during last November 2023
Here this is totally a different journey I am doing good things and getting involved rather than just wanking

Have not studied anything despite waking up at 7:30 just postponed every study time
I hope I would give my next time to study and not other things focused on others so basically hopefully get a good day ahead

Day 1 completed,
Restarting from the base day went without any urges DID running today and did not wasted much time. Focussing myself on study A good day overall next day I’ll improve my attention and less wastage of time
