This was my form 7 months before signing up for the gym. At the time my chest was flat and I had no resistance, you can see it in the photo. The second photo has more chest build, ive got some resistance and the shoulders appear bigger aswell. At the same time I have also slimmed down while my body has gotten more into shape during these 3 years.

I see slight improvement in upper abs and on your biceps as well. Its these consistent progress that matters no matter how small. I respect u bud for being consistent for 3 years . Keep going.
