- 108 times chanting of the secret gratitude mantra.
- Also chant it throughout the day whenever possible. ( 21 times , 27 times, 33 times, 54 times etc )

- Drink Sufficient water until you feel urination (05/04/2023)

I don’t believe in mantras.
But its good that it’s helping you

Actually I am a person who felt hurt easily in the past. Now the mantra is helping me releasing those past hurts and stopping over thinking related to bad habits.

21(Special) Chanting of Mantra
As I am feeling lethargic and weak , my attention span slowed down. I will practice more rounds whenever I will feel good.

Sometimes it’s ok to practise our postive habit for less duration. But idea is to never stop this positive behavior of giving gratitude to God via Mantra . I may practice gratitude Mantra for 21 times a day or 30 times a day , 54 times a day. But I will practice it daily. Consistency is the real key to success.

Oneday missed, Today I will do the mantra chanting 216 times to maintain the streak.
