**RULES TO AVOID TRIGGERS AND TACKLE WEAK MOMENTS**

My Addiction is not p*rn but actuall addiction is masterbation and the virtual attraction with my ex who dumped me then fatasize and relapse, Even in p*rn I imagine her
. She is such a bitch, Never cared for me nor soothe me in hard times but always tried to get my time to solve her problem.
She was one the biggest mistake I have ever did in my life. I hate her so much but whenever I feel aroused don’t know how I go reminding previous days and imagining her and relapse.
I am very ashamed of this but not able to stop. Let’s figure out how to make it workable.
NAMAZ :- Solution of every single problem in this world. Let’s focus mine. Agar Namaz parhoge to strech wala exercise ho jayega alag se nahi karna hoga. Phir meditation bhi ho jayega then the best thing is ki devil ki taraf se jo temptation aata hai usse protected rahoge. Angel tumko save karenge usse aur tumko bas nafs/ Qareen se hi larna hoga jo ki easy ho jata hai. So Ye tumhare sabse bare dushman ko nikal bahar karega zindagi se. Jadu tona bhi isse dur ho jayega jo tumne dekha tha ki hua hai, phir rizq ke darwaze rahmat sukoon izzat sab mil jayega. So sabse zyada Namaz ki taraf focus karo.

Now Let’s break the things into chunk to understand it further.
I will split days into 2 part, DAY and Night. In Day time if I only open the door that’s enough for me to come out from P*rn and Masterbation but for the NIght I really have to follow rules because in Night I sleep alone.
So the night and fight starts from 10 PM when I come into my personal room and it last between 10 to 12 pm nowadays as after heavy relapse I feel very tired and rest on bed for so long.
So,
Night Rules are
1> Android always close:- Benefit (No P*rn access easily)
Android is the core reason of easily assecible of p*rn in bed. So Not only remove it for night but also in days because at night I feel shy to put it in parent’s room and due to this sometime I miss it or due to any reason or arousal I deliberately take it to room . So for now till I achieve 90 day’s or till marriage I don’t use it. I don’t think I am missing anything after removing so just remove it and use 2g phone.Because the whatsapp is accesible in my laptop and I have 2g phone for call so I don’t have to use android. For the bidding even I will use net banking and for bank purpose also laptop is enough.
2> No Laptop at night:- Benefits (No Prn access :-
)
The reason is clear, Through laptop I can access P*rn easily and other filthy stuff. Right now I don’t have any self control so I must have to remove it from my room at specific time of night. As for this also I feel shame so what I am thinking is to play a series on laptop so family can see and I won’t bring it back.
Job??? I know it will effect my productivity and my job aswell but I can’t trade my health for the job. Why I am doing job?? To get money and why money to health, right??? So if I have money wihtout health then no use of that money also how marriage will work if I won’t cure from these things??? So trade the night time of productivity and earn less or no money for now to get health. Also ALLAH SWT will provide you somhow if you show sincerity. He is most merciful how will he abandon you while you are trying to please him and follow his command???

Now no gadget in room and you’re alone. The thing is lonliness will lead you to masterbation which is one the hard addiction for you. Nowadays you relapse so much even yesterday night that it’s hard for you to stop yourself on bed even without gadget. Now what??? How???
3 Read Quran meaning before sleep:- It won’t left you alone and the verses will impact on your heart, so you will start learning haya and unlearning shameless things.Go for it specially for a week after relapse always to stop continuos relapse.
4 Don’t go to bed withour feel sleepy:- Else your urges and bad thought and the enviroment will make you relapse.
5 Wear tight cloth or regular cloth instead of night pant at night for sleep:- So you won’t be access it easy and somehow stop from relapse.
6 Read AyatalKursi and Mulk and 4 Qul specially Falaq and put hand on yourself. then 4th kalima and then mukhta till sleep. :- It will make you busy and your brain won’t sit idle. Make sure in starting days don’t think you will make it easily.
7 If you Wakeup early by 6 am at any cost you will end up early sleep and everything will be best. Health, Job and all So Focuse here more.
Here I ended the Night Part. Now the Question is did I missed anything??? I remove gadget and then to counter alone read meaning then when feel sleepy go with same cloth and then read till sleep. Now about early morning which is also a bad time or relapse time for me.
7 Read Morning supplications and rub eyes:- The first thing so you won’t feel sleepy anymore. You need to prepare for job so do it.
8 Then if you’re on bed then La hawla , astagfar till on bed but I suggest don’t stay there late as it will lead to relapse.
9 Open the door as your eyes open, no matter wakeup more or sleep :-
After wake up doesn’t matter whatever time go for it.
Early Morning Time Table of 1 hour
- Quran (Meaning ) 10 min
- Diary (Emotions, Doubt, Gratitude) 10 min
- Affiamtion with Manifest ( Manifest means imaginig it’s happening right now) 3 min
- Meditation 10 min
- See Pic 5 min
- Writh about ex and manifest of freedom 10 min
- Read diary relapse notes and rewire
- Day Schedule 5 min
- Learn Dua (Dropbox)

Time :- 15 min per day or 3 times a week
Write down upto 5 things you are grateful for.
NOTE:- Don’t only imagine about it but write it with hands.
- Be spcific as much as possible
- Go for depth over breadth
- Get personal :- Focus on people whom you are grateful for than the things.
4.Try substraction not only addition :- Be grateful for the negative outcomes aswell, which you avoided, escaped or from where you came out. - Write Regularly on same time
