PEACFUL
Now wonder why No PMO is hard, it turns out that if you resist urges and make a battle against PMO, it will take your attention, and everything that takes your attention has the power over you.
Dear Diary , Today was an amazing day
. I slept at 10 P.M last night and woke up at 5 A.M. The first thing on my mind wasn’t No PMO, it was cleaning my room
. For the first time in my life I past the whole morning completely forgotten about Masturbation like it did not even existed. I was focussing on my goals and nothing else.
In the after noon, we ( me and my family ) went to a beautiful place in Lebanon called “Jezine” it’s one of the most amazing places there. I was amazed by nature’s beauty It sure gave me good spirit, I photographed few pictures on the road when I was still in the car:
We had so much fun there , we walked, ate in a restaurant (I only accepted healthy food of course
) went to an amazing party, and even watched a live Basket ball match there.
I just came back from there and I feel peaceful at one with nature .
You can’t let the Dopamine doses stay low, those doses must be replaced, replaced with good habits.
