My current approach for beating this addiction

Hi. There’s a quote by Albert Einstein (not sure he’s the one that actually said it though) that goes: Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results
Eventhough these last few months has gone quite well, I’m still here, and I’m still relapsing.
So I have decided that it’s probably kinda stupid to keep doing what I’m doing.

So I started to collect data by filling a worksheet. Know thou enemy as they say.
In this worksheet I log my progress on a daily basis. I have my urges on a scale from zero then :muscle: to :muscle::muscle::muscle:
If I masturbate I colour code it from green to red. Green is mindful masturbation without fantasizing at all. Yellow is still mindful masturbation, but with some fantasizing and red is when I just fap away with the brain filled with ■■■■.
I do the same for ■■■■, green is clothed pictures, yellow nude pictures or clothed videos and red is ■■■■. I also have a columns for sex with and without ejaculating.

By filling this form every day I can track my behaviour and learn more about how I work.
I have also noticed that by doing this I know which days I need to be more careful.

Hope this can help someone
Peace and respect

Sex without ejaculation?? That’s not gonna do you any good. All that will happen is you’ll stay horny and then end up doing something you shouldn’t. If you’re with your lady then go for it. Women are good, fap is bad.

I practise tantric sex and taoism, and one of the main things is to stop ejaculating during sex.
That way you will keep you sexual energy and still be fulfilled. It only works if you recirculate the energy throughout the body

Ok whatever works for you. Personally after I’ve ejaculated I feel relaxed and have no need for fap.
I think just addressing porn as a problem is a major step in the right direction.
