My anti relapse plan

Since I’ve always relapsed when I’m on my phone in bed, I’m gonna uninstall the browsers on my phone because I don’t need them. I’m using appblock to block Google play and settings. I can’t uninstall appblock. I never use my laptop for relapsing because it’s very inconvenient and uncomfortable so that isn’t a worry. I also have cold turkey blocker on it so I’ll only focus on school work. I will try to work out more even if it’s only in my room. I’ll take nature walks and play guitar in free time. I will let you guys know if it fails.

If I don’t use my phone in bed, it will be easier to deal with urges. I’m just trying to make it inconvenient as possible for a relapse. Having the browsers on my phone is like a cocaine addict having a bag on their table or a fat person having door dash
