I don’t know about others but since I started this journey there have been a great change in me , the biggest reason I stared this is because the cloudiness it causes , the numbness , it almost feels like I was on drugs , but now my mind is starting to clear up , I am able to concentrate

Brother… if it becomes cloudy again… dont be worried because it takes atleast 3 months from the relaxation of thoughts.
