Today is my birthday, but I relapsed yesterday. So I hope this will be the last time and I can turn over a new chapter in my life. I was mentally weak and not disciplined.
Happy Birthday anyway Brother. Just let that damn relapse be. Enjoy your day with friends and try living life. What happened yesterday must not be an obstruction to living your life today to the fullest. Go out and celebrate. Enjoy this feeling. Make this the most memorable birthday ever. Maybe spend some time at home. Make people around you happy. Thank them for all the things. Have pleasure and forget all worries. Worrying is a mental state not your actual condition. Even in the face of death, we must smile and not sweat.
