dude try 10 mins of guided meditation, it works like a charm. The effects lasts longer as well.
There was a challenge like that but it didn’t workout, @debellator had to do a lot of work, that’s why he created this self sustained challenge.

@rewire_user Bro it’s kinda different, we are all deciding to set goals and do them at the same time, so that we can report then; we already did 9:30 to 11:30, so I guess we can do tho other two slots if the others are free.
Oh okay I didn’t see it went down to one…anyway, complete three challenges in a row after this and you can get a life back. I have one more challenge to complete then I can finally get one life back.
I also have one life left and I have to live with that for next 2-3 days , as I won’t be able to participate in challenges.
