Amazing, i passed 6 days without PMO. I work out, take cool shower and stuff. Now head to day 7th.
Lession learned: Get my day busy.
I completed day 7 easily.

i have completed trully 11 fresh days.
The truth is my hair is so thin i believe it can grow back. i will get more confident and be happier with my life. Move on.
