Some of it was a bit too pseudoscience-y for me, eg. we actually use almost 100% of our brain, it’s scientifically proven etc. but it’s certainly an interesting video. I used to sunbathe everyday so far, but it’s good to know that there are so many great benefits to it.
Please be careful brother- it’s not that there are no UV rays at sunrise and sunset, but that they’re less due to absorption by the atmosphere; but I think this practise has helped you a lot, just please be careful Have you got all of the benefits mentioned or most of them? I want to try to learn more about this please, so that I can also get these benefits.
