I took that screenshot from a book summary app (named as Mentorist). But I dont exactly remember which book was it as I no longer use that app…
But I would like to recommend you the book Atomic Habits written by James Clear, if you are interested to read about such things in depth…also try Limitless by Jim Kwik.

Just take a deep breath before starting any task or whenever you find yourself stuck in overthinking…
As our breath is always in the present moment, focusing on it will bring our attention in the present moment. Then be mindful of whatever you are doing. No need to force yourself, just stay calm & cool. You’ll get better at it with consistent practice…:+1:t2:
