I took that screenshot from a book summary app (named as Mentorist). But I dont exactly remember which book was it as I no longer use that app…
But I would like to recommend you the book Atomic Habits written by James Clear, if you are interested to read about such things in depth…also try Limitless by Jim Kwik.
