Would like to know if mastrumating without watching porn is also considered as fap.
Should we reset the clock in case aswell.
The term fap is derived from the sound it makes when one masturbates so yes masturbating is fap. The objective of nofap is to maintain a healthy sexual life without the control of Porn and masturbation over our lives.

I can imagine there are people only concerned about porn addiction specifically. I want more control over my sexuality and my life in general.Masturbation without porn is not even a temptation for me lately.
