And then whenever urges comes either workout or meditation but prefer doing meditation
@Rudra-NITE do you use a meditation app? If you do please let me know which one.
I don’t use nothing fancy, earlier I tried to use but it wasn’t working.
1.Currently just practicing doing siddhasana,
But to sit in asana or posture your hip joints or rotator and should be flexible otherwise you will feel a lot of pain.
2.Start taking 2-3 deep breaths and then control it make it as feeble as possible so that u can only feel it passing in and out ,not even a whisper in air
3.then u can scan the whole body from the top to forehead, feel every sensation,
3.then you can chant any god’s name and visualize the name, make each letter clear as crystal or what I do is chant Aum or om.
4 nowadays I am doing TRATAK KRIYA…will post in meditation challenge
So no apps, just a simple stopwatch,focus on increasing capacity 10mins a day will not help, make it to 30mins,then a hour
