put reminder on this post for 1 month, comeback and see how much you have completed
then again put reminder for1 year and 5 year respectively
its not necessary that you achieve all your goals but its a good way to track yourself.

make sure to make those commitment when you are in a neutral mind. not lingered by any sorts emotions such as happiness, anger, sorrow, regret or guilt

Thank u for creating this thread. I’ll start with a short term commitment now. Its very necessary for me in my opinion.

My Oath - " I will never voluntary look into any type of explicit content till 2nd of September "

This oath is not unique considering what this forum is made up of. With a good streak by blessings from God , my testosterone is all time high. I generally release this through rigoruos workout at Gym. By now , with exam happening these days . I dont workout so that pent up energy resides there.

Its quite irritating. I admit there were times , I succumbed to it like for 10 - 15 minutes. Not direct pornography but lesser ones like bold scenes in movies , waifus , u get it right ?

Even when I get rid of it when I get back to senses , I get a hangover for hours. This is reducing my attention span and focus. So this is the reason. I will come up with other commitments , once I finish these.

I’ll keep a track on this oath on a daily basis. Whether I am typing this in a neutral emotion or not , Its necessary now.

Commitment - " Not voluntary use any kind of explicit content "
Starting time - 28 August , 5.00 pm
Ending time - 2 September , 4.00 pm

I’m in calmness rn, no extensive emotions.
I’ll make four committments here.

  1. Losing weight by 7-8kg( 24% fat to 17%)
  2. Mastering FLTs (writing speed and relevancy)
  3. Interview-proof (Speaking)
  4. Fluency in 360 roundhouse+split kick.

All these to achieve by 29 October, exactly 2 months from now.
These goals scare me, but I’ll still do these.
It about do or die for me now.

Very nice post. I’m making mine for 1 month atm-

  1. Follow my schedule without failing. Give my best everyday and give my best in upcoming examinations for atleast 1 month, i. e., 1st October.
  2. Continue to exercise everyday and make some progress with regards to running, strength, stamina and cardiac health.

Our greatest glory is not in falling, but rising everytime we fall. Make another commitment and restart. You completed nearly 80% of your challenge. You can definitely do it. Be proud.
