Guys do you known something about maca or ginseng supplements (Amazon most reviewed supplement with maca for testosterone I don’t remember the name) or carnitina and taurina energy drinks (like monster or redbull). Do you know if they are:
- good for health?
- really effective ?
- and how a person should be use this products (let’s say how and for which purpose) ?
I abitually use monster , 2-3 a week and I have to say that immediately after drank it I feel more energetic it is as if I have a push in my penis, as if I should get an erection, and a sensation of energy throughout the whole body .
Before I usually took during breakfast 3 pill of maca supplements a day (now i don’t do anymore, I have finished the container, and know I’m undecided whether to buy again or not because there were 120 tablets but honestly I didn’t feel any effect).
