I’ve been fighting PMO for more than a year now. I’ve tried Brainbuddy app, which has some really nice rewiring exercises, but it was really buggy on Android devices, especially when I needed it. Also it’s a paid option (monthly subscription), which I can’t afford paying every month (for now I’m just an unemployed teen living with my parents). So today after relapse I found the Rewire Companion app and explored this awesome forum.

I search not only for a companion, but also for a true supportive online friend whom I won’t be ashamed telling about my problems. We will help each other and save each other from relapses and giving up.
