  2. I started to have interest in disgusting acts.
  3. I had Hypersexual behavior.
  4. Less pleausure with being to other People.
  5. I feel sad , fatigue after Fapping.

There right there, thats the most scariest and disgusting thing. ■■■■ took away our innocence. I remember the first time watching it and i cried because how brutal the woman in the vid was treated (really extreme), And unfortunately 8 years later I am addicted to the very same genre, mf even have genres in ■■■■. Yeah also this industry is really HUGE. They make more money than many big social media apps/company combined. So basically ■■■■ is never going to end.

1)Firstly you will become sex obsessed like the Western countries.
2)Makes you objectify women. Being from a country which worships woman power in form of Durga and kali, I feel ashamed that I have allowed myself to view such filth.
3) A huge huge huge time waste. Makes you want to view it again and again and again.
4)Incites lust in you, and disrupts your spiritual energies(This is the main reason I have left PMO)

I think for me the biggest one is having imaginations about people who are close to you, even you know it’s wrong and you should not imagine shit, but PMO screw your mind in such a way that you will link them with such imaginations and then whats left is guilt and shame and you start to hate yourself for that.

Oh Man! There are so many reasons that one can write a book on it.
I’m gonna write a few off the top of my head but I’m pretty sure it’s gonna be some version of what you guys have already stated.
[edit: My points encompass PMO as a whole and not Just Pornography]

  • Increased tolerance leading to morphing sexual tastes. This might eventually lead you down the path of viewing extreme pornography and that might translate into deviant and perverse sexual behaviour.

  • Fatigue and inability to focus on work.

  • Promotes a complacent attitude. Kills the masculine drive to become a better individual and be useful to the society at large. In short, it makes men weak and ill-prepared to face real world challenges.

  • Sexual dysfunction! Yes my dears, this is not speculation. I say this because it’s backed by scientific research (albeit scarce, but I’m sure more research will only reveal what we know deep down to be true). And there is no lack of anecdotal evidence, the several testimonies on online forums like this one being a prime example of the damaging effects of porn.

  • Here’s a personal one. A few months back I was making out with my girlfriend at the time. I was aroused and was starting to have an erection. However, it wasn’t long before my P went limp. I know why that happened. Years of viewing hardcore porn, multiple tabs with a new girl doing a new act in each one of them, etc. has raised the threshold of my arousal to unrealistic levels. This is what they call Porn induced erectile dysfunction.

  • Objectification of women consequently leading to poor interpersonal skills when it comes to women.

There’s plenty more but I’m gonna stop here

Okay, so having read the EasyPeasy Book, I can affirm that almost all the points have been enumerated, but I will just add on to some.

  1. People mentioned that it usually takes time, drains energy, takes extreme forms at times. All this is because the excessive dopamine rushes that are created when someone views ■■■■ numbs some of the receptors (because brain cannot endure so much dopamine as it has an intoxicating effect; most researches have equalled the dopamine rush of pornography to heroine addiction). These numbed and closed receptors make it difficult to gain pleasure out of day today activity as well as it makes the once viewed content less pleasing. But the level of dopamine rush one has felt, is needed again as it is of course too pleasing. Thus, the brain wants novelty, or newer content. It is this that takes a lot of time. This causes excessive swiping and parallel tab openings. Almost frantig dig of newer pornographic videos takes time, energy, and goes on increasing the level of shock factor unless you get to extreme videos (where sometimes you even regret having come that far and then go back searching for milder versions).

Even when we have long quit viewing ■■■■, it is sometimes this thought that there might be something new on the site that takes us back to it. It is some insane trick that the brain plays on us that it differentiates new ■■■■ from old ■■■■ and makes it appear pleasing. Many people, including me, after long streaks went back to those platforms simply to find something new, and as a result ruined ourselves. Even if you don’t find anything new, the period of abstaining, makes even the old material newly powerful and that old video which you hated to your core will now appear pleasing (almost like an old friend or something) and you will fall in the trap.

So what is the most important is to tell yourself that there is nothing new. Different props, postures, partners or features, don’t take away from the fact that it is nude, obscene, sick, offensive, dehumanising, decaying practice of human trafficking, and benefits from girls’ financial helplessness. It is the most atrocious of the crimes where individuals are made sexually incapable at the receiver’s end and socially unacceptable at the producing end. The real benefactors are the intermediary board of directors of the website which benefits by ruining someone’s image in the society and someone’s career or love life by making them view this.

  1. A few people mentioned peer-pressure is a problem that the world is not speaking against it. The problem is not with your society, ladies and gentlemen, our elderly generation thought and considers it wrong then how come we began to view it with softer passion. The answer is Google. Google itself shows ads of nude ladies. I remember before I used adblocker I was always afraid of operating computers in company of my parents. But we think highly of Google right, and thus we think that if it appears on Chrome then Google approves it. This is a fallacy called as Argument ad Verecundiam. According to this fallacy we provide ourselves irrelevant premises, for example I need a certain object because a certain person advertises for this. This is the idea of mascot and brand ambassador. For ■■■■, Google is its prime brand ambassador but also, Hollywood or other theatrical stages where ■■■■ stars are provided roles in films and other scenes in movies which feature explicit content act as brand ambassadors of pornography. You are made to think that if they don’t think it is wrong, it cannot be wrong. We fail to realise that there is money running behind these things.

That’s all from me. Hope it helps.

Objectifying others is main reason we should deny it.
