Lifestyle Challenge (open to anyone)

In this challenge the main aim is to replace your old Pmo habits with healthy habits and teach you how to live a new life on nofap, this will encourage you to get shit done, and not lying in bed doing nothing, when you are busy, you are less likely to relapse. In this challenge you will be doing stuff ranging from easy stuff to some real difficult, here’s a list of things you will be doing everyday, ranging from basic stuff to more challenging challenging stuff;

My Daily Tasks:

Your own dishes

Your own washing

Keeping your room tidy

Making your bed

Open your curtains

Brushing your teeth

Maintaining personal hygiene

Cooking a meal/learning to cook

Daily tasks/ activities of your choice to keep busy

Going to the gym/working out at home

Getting out of the house/going for walks

Bike ride if you have a bike

Daily exercise of any kind

Cold showers

Meditation

Do something out of your comfort zone (cold shower, high adrenaline activities, hanging out with friends or talking to a girl you like, can be anything which involves you being out of your comfort zone)

Plan the day in advance the night before so you are always busy, and it minimize the chance of relapse.

Those doing this challenge are to check in once a day with the list mentioned above, and for the tasks you successfully complete put a :white_check_mark: next to them, the tasks you didn’t do put a :negative_squared_cross_mark: next to them, now if you do something out of your comfort zone which you are proud of then put a :white_check_mark: and then tell us what you did out of your comfort zone that made you proud, doing this will help inspire others to do things out of their comfort zones.

Those who are doing this challenge also feel free to add extra tasks of your own unique list that you want to work on for example, study if you’re working on study, the tasks above are all the tasks i could think of, they are to give you guys an idea.
