Which websites do you spend time on? Android allows you to block individual websites. I’ve been off X/Twitter for about 2 weeks now and have no urge to use it. Just until a month ago I was a compulsive user but then decided to stop it for a month to see how it feels.

Again? Really?!
Every time I give in, I give in. There may be a pause and thought, but eventually I give in.
After, I always tell myself “really! Again?”
I give over when I start to engage - there’s loads of opportunity to stop, and I have done, and can stop.
But why I’m giving isn’t because “I looked at it early, so…”…but simply because I want to.
I want to pmo because it’s relaxing, fun, exhilarating,…
BUT… LOTS of other things in life are Exhilarating and praise worthy.

I Pmo and Procrastinate, And Put myself down.

Pmo is for losers, who like to jerk off alone. Idolise, control, and are selfish. Pmo users, do things for people out of fear and guilt, because they want to control, and not let go of what they think is important. Pmo users take from the world, and don’t seek to give, but only to protect themselves from harm.
I don’t set boundaries, I don’t say “no” enough, I don’t prioritise our needs, and when I do do any of these things, I don’t always use it wisely. I don’t take stock or plan ahead, and feel like I’ll have a big transcendental tax bill at the end of it all.

I’m not following Jesus. When temptation and shove Him out of the way

He leaves simple clear instructions, they are not burdensome, and He also forgave me on the cross.
He asks me only to Believe in who He is to be saved, and my sins forgiven
