Hello, I’m doing Nofap for 11 days and today when I went pee, I noticed that some precum or it was semen, I’m not sure, was leaking… It was just a bit, but it scared me out, this is normal?
Hi @Vinaso7, welcome to the forum. In short, yes. Your testicles constantly produce fresh semen, and if you aren’t getting rid of your existing stock through ejaculation, you’ll find it passes out when you pee instead. Nothing to worry about
