Thanks @wall-e & congrats you too for completing 18 days & becoming member.
Weâve to achieve more!!
Keep going strong brother
@tanmay_ck - Welcome also to the club. It is great to see you there. Continue this great streak and keep checking in. It will help you.
Check-in for yesterday: Day 26th. It was again hard to keep my thoughts in check. This morning I did fantasize and made up a story. I need to get in check. It is not good and escalating. I did no view anything, only in my thoughts at this point. But that is dangerous and how addiction to PMO always starts, lust.
Habits Streak: Still zero.
hightime brother. Please donât fall for it. I hope you get more energy and fight back with the demon inside. Takecare of yourself. @24hours24
I saved this screenshot from rewire community,

@Atkv @Adi good to see you starting this journey, friends. I look forward to adding you both to the League soon
Please add me
Iâll start again tomorrow
Every time when the fifth day arrives, I relapse. Mostly because of the feeling of hopelessness because of my youthful problems. Iâve been tempted of course, last night I had dreams of shameless sex because of the porn images I saw unfortunately.
But thanks to you and the sharing we have, I have more courage, motivation and I pass this small step. Small because to overcome an addiction that has lasted since I was 15 years old (I am 29) there will be more difficult steps.
I know because I have already had periods of abstinence of 30 days but only by getting rid of the internet at home, and even without internet at home I have always had a lot of difficulty to pass the milestone because I found other means than at home.
Not having internet today is no longer a solution for me, itâs just moving the problem and it always ends up coming back.
Today I am more mature, I had periods of abstinence which allows me to have internet at home, I am freer, this is what makes the beauty of Man but it implies good choices if we want to take full advantage of this freedom and not be a slave. Thatâs why I hope to get rid of this addiction for good, with your help, to become a gentleman. I hope so for you too.
Mastering your emotions, when you are tired, in difficult moments, is one of the keys I find. Strength to all.
Check in 5/18
@MrFlipy thanks for asking. Iâm doing good. Much like @24hours24 though, I can see a battle starting to go on in my mind.
This morning I had a short pornographic dream which I actually shut down in my dream. This is a good sign as even my subconscious knows i donât want to go there anymore, but of course I look forward to the day when I dont have the dream to begin with.
@24hours24
