Guys, do you have a wife/girlfriend? I had a girlfriend once, but just for three weeks. This happened two and a half years ago.
These days I canāt stop thinking about a co-student. I donāt know almost nothing about her, I meet her last year. My parents pressure me to have a girlfriend, but now I want to focus on the study.
So this is the situation: I want to focus on my study (medicine), but I still think about that girl and I feeling lonely. Any suggestion? I sure that I will find help here.

Yeah I can relate, Iām studying my masters for accountancy. Iām approaching that age for ideal marriage, so searching for a potential has become more relevant topic in the family. But I guarantee that if you do seek romance while studying in your later stages then it will probably affect your studying or mental capacity. Women require time and attention, if you can find someone who understands that then youāre lucky. However it will still take an affect on your mental state
Iād say focus on studying but I do know that lonely feeling, hit the gym and keep yourself busy if youāre feeling really lonely

Thanks, bro. I think the same, I broke up with my ex because she wants a time and an attention that I canāt give to her, and when I tryed study and stay with her I had done both things bad.

Yup thatās the main reason I havenāt chased any romance, and it gives me an opportunity to rid myself and the future Mrs of this PMO crap since I donāt want to bring this baggage to the relationship.
Once I beat the cycle then Iāll feel good enough to find a lady, probably finish studying by then too

Also, about the cold showers. I take what I would consider cold showers, but I was never sure if I was doing it right. How cold should I make it? I donāt think I have to put it as cold as it will go because that is probably 40 degree water. I think I set it about 70 degrees right now but thatās a guess
