Ok I do believe this change is in everyoneā€™s best interest.

Guys you have to find something. I can preach all day about what I found about myself, which was cognitive dissonance I believe, but everyone here has different experiences and weaknesses.

Look at your relapses. study them. Find whatever you have to do to help yourself.

I will give my best opinion though. It is more mental than materialistic. Meaning itā€™s more likely that you have to change your thoughts and perceptions. Changing what you look at and do is only a tool to change these mental challenges

You guys can do this, donā€™t let ANY ounce of doubt take that, and we cant wait to have this challenge open with all of you in the members area.

Congratulations!!!

You should be so proud of yourself. Youā€™ll get to that 93 days before you know it. So glad the app is helping you and helping so many others. I wish they advertised it on high school bulletin boards or better yet Middle School. It would have been great to have caught this addiction at the beginning rather than 25 years later for some of us. Nevertheless, Iā€™m grateful for it now.

Anyway, thanks for being an inspiration! Keep up the good work and weā€™ll see you at the top!

Guys, the challenge is for real nowā€¦ Not that it wasnā€™t before. I think this is incredible and will really hold us accountable.

@mphexpert put out some awesome words there. We really have to see ourselves and what triggers us and avoid anything that can lead us down this dark path like itā€™s the plague.

I donā€™t know if you all can catch yourself in those moments, but if you do, then please go to those safety nets that are crucial for you to set up ahead of time.

Perhaps we even need to have some sort of a crisis hotline here where there is action made towards talking with someone when it gets really bad. I mean, ultimately the strength comes from within you and you canā€™t rely on anyone else, but find someone that you can talk to if you need it.

There are so many incredible resources out there. I share books and videos all the time if you just look at my posts. Go to those videos and subscribe to those YouTube channels. One of the best for helping guys get over pornography and he even has coaching on it is Universal Man. Find that YouTube channel and take control of your life like youā€™ve got a gun to your head.

I can tell you till Iā€™m blue in the face that you can do this, but you must tell yourselves this. Get a grip on life, not your dicks!

Thanks a lot dudeā€¦ you all are an inspiration for meā€¦ and yeah this app or even nofap movement should be spread among teenagersā€¦ because at teens we donā€™t know whatā€™s right or whatā€™s wrong and because of peer pressure we end up doing things like thisā€¦ the problem comes when some of so called influencers say that itā€™s normal to do PMOā€¦ people should understand that of an influencer says alcohol is ok just because he drinks alcohol that doesnā€™t mean that drinking alcohol is okā€¦

The weekend is nice. Had a farewell party for a colleague on friday night and on saturday I helped my little brother moving. Today a little rest but mostly out of home.

@Keats thank you for being there, nofap was way more fun for me with that challenge. I know it is still up but challenge will come to the end in less than a three weeks so one more time one big thanks for making effort and cheering for us

Iā€™m glad @BobDeen its been my pleasure to make this challenge which has been a great help for me as well and wouldnā€™t have been so without the involvement of all you guys.

As for the ending of phase 2, it may take longer than that since current candidates who relapse will still get one last run at it, but yes, its winding down sooner than later.
