I find myself feeling lonely and have trouble sleeping now that I am avoiding these things. Honestly it’s scaring me, and making me anxious and feel many terrible feelings.

We all feel lonely and sad nights brother @junnaever believe in god . All fine soon . After darkness we can see the hope of ray in our life what thoughts make you scared?
Tell me about your daily routine. I get bit tired till night comes and even don’t have enough energy to put my ■■■ to go into the bathroom for cold shower.
1)Focus on your goal.Those who do not have any goals and aspirations, they feel very lonely and such people always keep on talking about others.
2)Find someone who will support you . It may be your friends or anyone .Share what you did in the whole day .
3)Schedule youe sleeping time.
4)Accept it that only you are not feeling alone in the night everyone feels that.
5)Before sleeping you should definately do meditation.
