The mantra I recite is not personal, it is for humanity at large. If you want to know it, you can pm me. I do not know about personal mantras theory. They can be made up or inauthentic also. It is stated in Srimad Bhagavatam that there will be many cheaters pretending to be gurus in this age. I follow only authentic sources, not mental speculators.

This does not apply to everyone. Some become transcendental. I hope you were not referring to whole humanity.
I refer to the Majority. Especially today. And transcendental is actually the problem here for when one dream of another world he negates this life due to his suffering. And thus become one of the filthy preachers of death. We need life affirmation. This can only be achived through Dionysus.

Yesterday i was a king to my kingdom.
I was on 63 days no MO and 10 days no PMO.
Everything was perfect.
Motivated to do everything,infinite energy,high self-confidence.
I was even reaching samadhi states when i was meditating.
Yesterday night i relapsed.My parents were watching a movie and i got an eye on a sex scene.After that trigger i felt like i went to autopilot.There was no control.
Now take me down to the pit of slaves.There i belong.Fuck!This addiction is hell!
I will go offline for 20 days or more to built my wall of trust again.The first month is hell.Don’t remove me.
But i will rise back up!

If i accidentally come across such incidents on tv or youtube then firstly i smile and may be laugh and then speak in my mind “this is how this media entertainment industry is making fool of each one us, non-sense and bullshits” and after that i just move on effortlessly without any urges.
